NILS HOLGER MOORMANN / ニルス・ホルガー・モーマン
社長でありデザイナーの「NILS HOLGER MOORMANN」（ニルス・ホルガー・モーマン）によって1982年に設立。
ミュンヘン近郊のアルプスの麓、ババリア地方のアッシャウという村でボルト１本から全ての生産を行っている。古い役所をリフォームして作られた事務所は、デザイン部、営業部、経営部、梱包担当に分かれ、社内にある展示スペースは元馬小屋を利用している。このことからも分かるようにババリア地方の誇りを大事に、必要最低限の素材で特性を最大限に引き出し作られる家具は、どれも丈夫でシンプルな構造美をもっている。
